These rates are for double occupancy.
An extra person in the room is $10.00 per person per night. Children below the age of three stay for free. At a seven night stay the last night is for free.

For cottages with a kitchenette we charge $10.00 extra.

A cottage with a hot tub is $4.00 extra per night

15% government tax and room charge is not included

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation rules are 100% charge starting the 8th day before the booked arrival date, 75% the 15th day, 50% the 30th day and 25% the 45th day.
